Have you ever thought of what it's like to listen to a painting?
Wassily Kandinsky is an abstract painter who had synesthesia, which means that as he was painting, the colors, shapes, and visual stimuli equate to a sort of symphony.
Google Arts + Culture created a project to display what his paintings might have sounded like as he was creating them.
Not only is “Play a Kandinsky” a unique and personal look at an artist’s experience and process, but it’s also a fascinating embodiment of a condition that, like the art it inspired, can be somewhat abstract.

This is pretty great and quite innovative! Whoever thought of listening to a visual art? Very enjoyable and so interesting to kind of be inside Kandinsky's mind while listening to these paintings.
